Para Vision Radio 1

If you haven't heard of HAARP before, it is a radio antenna array in Alaska (and other locations) and is said to enable certain government departments to 'see around the horizon' by bouncing frequencies off the ionisphere. Although the government deny any military use, some question the funding of this project and exactly what it is being used for.
